Simple question - 201 blower motor

For the 201 crowd - before I break something; what is the secret to removing the blower motor?? I have all removed down to the motor. There appears to be bolts/screws/ fasteners of some sort under the motor but I can't see or feel them

All hints welcomed and greatly appreciated.
