Euro plates

Anyone run Euro plates along with state plates? Just got an old German plate for my SD, trying to figure out mounting options.
If anyone has pictures of a w126 with euro plate I would like to see.

Yup, my dad and I both do. Here's a recent pic of my car:

The plate was on my grandfather's car in Germany until he passed away in January. "RW" are his initials. My dad has the other plate on his car.

If you have the Euro bumper, then you will need the plastic mounts that connect the plate to the bumper. If it's the DOT bumper, you will need to fashion a bracket, drill 2 screw holes in the plate, and mount it that way.
I have a Euro plate on my W123 front end, but it has my real numbers stamped in it along w/real stickers.

Ours are mounted in the official euro plate holders (my dad brought a couple home) mounted to the bumper (through it) with two bolts in the back....works very well.

I do precision sheet metal for a living so I figured I would make a mount, just wanted to see how others are mounting them. I have to run a state plate too, so thats going to be a bit tacky but oh well.
