Floppy headlight wiper

my passenger side headlite wiper is floppy and wont stay up. Good way to fix that? motor prob? driver side is perfect

wipers

could be a spring, or the spline is bad.
I don't want to hyjack this thread but how do you turn on those wipers?

There is a nut that holds the wiper to the shaft. It's probably loose. 8 or 10mm socket works.
