Anyway I opened it again and I could see timing chain right from the hole. So a sealant is probably needed. I torque to 70nm. FSM 100nm but if I do that the tensioner would not rotate at all.

I decided to use med strength thread locker loctite 242. Hopefully it could be opened again with normal tools as advertised.

Thread locker with steel bolts and aluminum threaded holes is not a good idea, as the aluminum threads can let go when you try to loosen the bolt again.
