Green, Green and more Green

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mercedes-Benz-300-Series-1979-Mercedes-300CD-COUPE-DIESEL-CALIFORNIA-CAR_W0QQitemZ370091174824QQihZ024QQcategoryZ6330QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

I had to think it was a wild combination though.

Yes, I recognize it from the tan kick panel.

I like it too... Actually that green color and china blue would have been my preferred colors when I was looking for a car (I got light blue instead, which is ok too). I saw a w115 240d in that color for sale, but I didn't have the money they were asking at the time.

I like the simplicity of colors on old cars better than the new ones in general.

Lovecraft sold it, or that's what was said. I'm surprised the new owner is flipping it already.

I love that color combination! So cool.

My personal preference is for champagne or black exterior + black or palomino tex interior though. But if I came across a nice green one. I'd be all over it!

A local "green" girl has a 300cd that's been converted to vegetable oil. She hated the stink that got in her trunk, and she tried to have the people who put in in take it back out, but judging by the garden hose that hangs under her trunk I think they didn't. By the way, the car is a Green/Green coupe!
