showing off my weekend find
woohoo finally found a 3 piece front euro. got it swapped on this weekend along with the 3 piece rear I bought a while ago. I also found a 500SEC with an AMG kit. it had the rear and both sides, someone got the front, but the sides are about an inch longer than the 300CD. long is good, i think I can cut and bond them to look perfect on my coupe. The rear is wide by an inch and long by half an inch again I think it would be an easy job to cut and bond them to fit. I am still doubtful I will make copies. A real set of NOS sides and a rear went for $400 on ebay 2 weeks ago. I was out of town and didnt have a PC so I missed them. I think the interest for these has dropped below a marketable level so I am just going to concentrate on mine.

There is nothing I would rather put on my Mercedes circa the 80's than a bunch of body plastic.
 Bumpers are a nice find.  Metal.......

are you going to black out all the chrome, too? If so, it would look fantastic; only slightly marred by the clear corner lights.
