The viscous fan clutch could be damaged, and the water pump could have been pushed in. It all depends on if the radiator was hit hard or not.

Alright so I got my mounts I went out today to push the engine back and install the new mounts and it turns out they sent me the wrong parts. I double checked and they are not the part number I ordered, what a drag! They sent me 88-91 300SE or SEL mounts.

I noticed they were a little different than the old mounts, but it looked like the holes lined up, so I just figured they were an updated version or something and went for it. Turns out they don't work, I found out once I had everything in place.

At least once I get the right mounts I'll be really good at installing them, with all this practice. I attached a few pictures of working on it in the streets of south philly. The 1st pic is of the crooked engine, before I shoved it back. The second is the totally ripped out mount on the pas. side.

It sounds like you are well on your way. I wouldn't worry about the water pump too much. And the fan is probably tougher than the radiator so if the radiator is not leaking probably good chance the fan is fine too.

I finally had time today to finish installing all the new mounts and reconnecting the drive shaft. It was the first time I started it, I just hooked up fuel return line and charged the battery and it started instantly, I'm very impressed. The ride is great. I think it should have a little more power. Maybe I just need to exercise the turbo a bit.

These cars really don't have much power, but there is some things you can do that help once you get all the basics taken care of. Adjust the valves, check the timing chain, etc. Do a bit of searching on here its all covered. Adjusting the Alda really does wonders but only recommended after everything else is done.

These cars are no rockets, but try a search for "banjo bolt cleaning" and try adjusting the valves and checking the injection pump timing.
