240D tail pipe hangers

At what places is the tail pipe hung normally on a 240D?

Mine seems to only have hangers at the back on the front and back of the last muffler (or resonator, or whatever it is), and then some sort of bracket midway. It seems to sag pretty low between these two sections (scrapes on the ground if someone is riding in back. Is there somewhere else where it should be hung?

sounds normal- except the sag. it should be rigid enough that it does not sag in the middle. do you have all 4 rubber donuts on the rear muffler?

4 rubber donuts on the muffler and a bracket on the transmission is all.

Maybe it isn't saggy so much as bent. Maybe at one time the doughnuts all had fallen off and bent the pipe down, and now that it is re-suspended, the middle section sits lower.

It is the section of curvy pipe that is hanging lower than the rest.

Sounds bent. Those are where the hangers should be...
