Thanks !

The CBS equipment has the same "Wing-nut on Top" as
one marketed here under the name "Dieselcraft".
A company, T.F. Hudgins, may be the owner of the
patent.
Prices here (That I've so far been able to research) vary
between $299.00 and $404.00 U.S.D.
[Still a little Steep, to my Irish,German,Scottish wallet]

So, you're saying there's not a lot of residue to clean
out on your 617 ? I'd have thought soot removal alone
would render some portion of the residue(?) BUT,then
the Centrifuge Compresses the Residue,so 1 litre may
appear to only be a couple of cc s.

More complicated versions are offered
(Pressurized drain ,that allows less than a 1" I.D. drain)
BUT @ Outrageous pricing!

I'm looking at the 602 pan for a drain portal location.
[I'd HATE to have to give up the Oil Level Sensor location (?) ]

I had the sump or lower oil pan and the lower alloy thing off. I drilled a 1" hole (roughly) throught the alloy and just put a 1" or so male hydraulic barb fitting in the hole with some silicon and a nut on the back of the fitting and a bit of flexible hydraulic hose down from the centrifuge. Perfect.
