Tonight after work I took the injector lines off, pulled the 3 leaking injectors, cracked 'em open, wiped the mating surfaces and threads down really well with a piece of t-shirt material, torqued them back together @ 60 ft-lbs and reinstalled everything. Started it up and ran for 10 minutes or so, shut it off a little while while I did a couple of other little things, then started 'er back up and let it run a few more minutes. No sign of leakage so far I'd say that was an hour well spent! Kinda' strikes me as funny that some people would continue to insist it must be the return lines - even after my explanation of how I determined where they were leaking from. One other reason I knew that wasn't the case is that it got new viton lines right before I bought it in April (I bought it from GreenEye biodiesel - a place that specializes in prepping rigs for bio). Seems like just asking a few questions leads some to assume the person asking is an idiot...

Hope that didn't come across as too harsh - it was meant (mostly) tongue-in-cheek (as denoted by the rolleyes smiley)....
Well I think I can say for sure my problem is solved. Drove 20 miles to work this morning and checked them again - no more leaks. Thanks again for the tips and advice guys. This board is a TREMENDOUS help to us old dogs trying to learn new (MB diesel-specific) tricks!
