Ball joint preference?

Is there a preference for either TRW or Lemforder ball joints? Isn't TRW original equipment?

Thanks,

Mark

From what I've read when searching other posts, the factor in determining which one may be the press you are using. If using the MB special press made by Sir Tools, then either one will work. If you are DIY and using the Autozone press, the Lemforder is a better choice as it is easier to remove and reinstall the boot.

(Don't quote me on this as I'm going through the same thing at the moment. But from what I've read, without first hand experience yet, this seems to be the case.)
