also definitely pull that battery tray, I had a big hole under there. fixed her up (somewhat temporarily) with sikaflex and a chunk of pilsner can. good enough for now, and dry as a bone.

Do you hear this noise when you start and stop or when you go around turns?

rear windows leak too. Have you looked under the rear seat or rear mats to see if they are wet? I've had several where I have had to replace the rear window seals. There are not that many areas of these chassis that water can collect. Rockers usually have drain holes in them and are not water tight. If you've checked all your drains then I would look to the rear of the car.

Yep, check those trunk wells. [if all your focus has been inside the car, then maybe you haven't looked in the trunk]
Water can also get in between the bottom floor of the car and the sound deadening material, but I can't imagine enough space to slosh.......
Does the sloshing go away right after you fill up the fuel tank?

doors have drain holes in bottom of them,, in fact some 123 doors are very well drained as they are missing lots of sheet metal! lol. I think you said earlier that the floors are dry? It could be condensate being retained in the a/c unit but that should overflow eventually and give you a minor shower from the vents I would imagine. Like Jimmy L said.. check the trunk wells too. Even though they have drains in them.. doesnt mean they arent plugged too. The fuel tank is right behind the seat if I'm not mistaken also.. the point was brought up if the sloshing sound goes away when filled?

I would look at the rear windshield gasket! They often look good and are not. this is easy to get and replace and I'd be willing to bet this is where your water is coming from!
