Algae

Not a problem really.... maybe we could figure out a way to grow just the right algae in our tanks and make it convert itself!

An interesting video on Alternate fuels from Algae...

Dunno.... One of our guys was patenting a process for an economical way to break the bonds of the oil and process oil from Algae. According to the ones that know something about it, it was supposed to revolutionize the whole process of production and make it easy and economical beyond our wildest dreams... but have not heard one announcement yet from it. I kinda get skeptical after a while.

Ours is coming from Grants, mostly through the budding Biodiesel industry and Oil Companies as well as some Agricultural and even some Government grants. They are all investing in such research. Its a hot area for Grant writing. I guess they all could be described as "entrepenuers, venture capitialists"

No, we should definitely expend all foreign oil sources before looking for any alternatives

there is no viable alternative, trust us.

(seriously, I think Boeing focused on this technology at this years Paris air show, really quite interesting and its getting lots of attention).
