Nomovalve Assembly 350SDL

Was installing the repair kit and the assembly fell apart.
Has one large flat washer and two smaller flat washers and a wave washer.
In which order do they reassemble?

Thanks

Washer order

Got one here I was getting ready to ship to a customer. Taking a look (it's for a 1985 500SEC) the big flat washer rests against the base of the tub, if you will. Then a thin (small)washer; the wavy washer; and finally another thin(small) washer.
