TC Tensioner Cap Tightening Torque

For the 617.950 engine, could someone please advise the torque specs. for the cap on the timing chain tensioner housing, and also the bolts that hold the housing to the engine block? I want the crush washer to serve its purpose without my possibly damaging the tensioner housing's threads.

I prefer to use torque values for piece-of-mind and to know that a job has been done correctly, especially when threads are in aluminum or other soft alloys. This tensioner area is one place where it seems that liquid thread locker is not to be used, no matter how carefully applied.

Thanks much for information.

90 Nm and 15 Nm, respectively.
