Cold weather not shifting
I am having the same problem. Here in Texas when it's below 50F, it takes a mile or two to warm up before it shifts through all the gears. I talked with Roy, & he walked me down some things to look into. I believe the problem is the vacuum part that is mounted on the side of the transmission. He said to take off the vacuum line going down to the transmission, & suck a vacuum on it & leave it for an hour. Use a mity vac. There should be no leak. Mine didn't hold for 1/10th of a second, so I'm sure that's the issue. Follow the vacuum line down from the engine to the passenger side of the transmission, near the front. Mine is red, they are different colors for different years. Not too expensive, & they also have an adjustment on them. Now to just replace it...
Let us know what you find on yours. Roy was a big big help, I definitely recommend them for parts & for technical help.
Thanks
