Does anybody no the torque setting for the delivery valves. Thanks for any help.

96 E300 D / 55,000

Torque to 30 NM, then loosen, then to 30NM then loosen then to 35NM and leave alone. Make sure the o-rings are not dry (I dip them in fresh fuel) so they slip when you turn the DV.

20NM; torque from center outward.

Dont take any pieces and parts out of the top of the IP when you do the DV's. Thats where folks get in trouble. Just remove the spring and crush washer only.
