Nailing? knocking? Nothing?

I just put this motor in and can't remember how they sound so if someone could tell me if it sounds good or bad that would be wonderful.

It seems like there's valve lifter noise on number 3 I did adjust the valves so it might just be a little lose.
1983 240D 80k on engine.

Interesting audio; suspect that rather than veggie someone mistakenly put magic mushrooms in the tank instead.

welll... that there is your typical case of the OM616 jumping rope on a marble floor in a large empty room with a steel jump rope.

seen it a million times.

Well it quites up after worming up so I'm going to assume its a valve lash
I probably just made one a wee bit too large when I adjusted it. I'll see if I can't fix up the audio something though. Now lest see if I can make my cheapo gas tach read at 1 pulse per rev.
