leaking coolant
 

So yesterday and today It was in the single didgits in the St. Louis Area. I did not start my car up at all yesterday and this morning I tried to fire it up. I let it glow plug cycle 3 times bfore turning the key and it chug-chug-chug but nver turned over. After 2 more times of this I gave up. I walkeb back out to car my car about 5 mins. later and noticed I am leaking coolant from the front part of the engine area. couldnt determine exactly due to time constraint. My car is an 86' 300 SDL 196,000 miles. Any thoughts or suggestions.

Coolant is probably coming from the weep holes in the water pump. May need to replace the water pump but it might have a few more miles left in it and is just weeping in very cold weather.
