What tool to use to get at manifold bolt?

I'm trying to take the manifold bolts off, and at intake #2, one of the alan/torx wrench bolts would come off, if only the manifold wasn't there. Then I could get my torx wrench properly into the bolt. But since the manifold is there, it's blocking my access, even though I have a swivel socket, which makes it too high. A hand alan wrench doesn't work, because I can't get a grip on it. I would have to have an alan wrench in a Z shape to get at it.

What tool to use?

Thanks,

Try a long allen key with a 6mm spanner on the shank or vice grips on the free end of the key. Those bolts take a regular hex bit, not a Torx bit. Ball tipped hex bits work nicely.
