The guys with the v12 jags definitely get the kewpie doll. I used to have to work on those things once in a while and had to fight off an urge to take a hammer to my hands to break every bone in them so they could bend enough to get down in there  |
Or, how about a Firebird with a 455 olds engine.

No such thing as a Pontiac big block. All Pontiac blocks are the same outside dimensions. Send us a picture of you sitting on a lawn chair inside your Chevy's hood!:D I have seen 1957 Chevys with the small Blue Flame six and it looks like you can set up housekeeping under the hood... |

Save the fuel cap
I was not joking about the "Remove Engine" instruction from the Lexus Repair Manual for a water pump replacement. A friend and I were able to lift the engine out enough to get to water pump housing without removing the entire unit from the engine bay.
My sister had a Ford Escort back in the 80's. The mechanic told my sister it was: 1-Unscrew & Remove gas/fuel cap, 2-install new car 3-Screw Gas/Fuel Cap back on |
All cars/trucks should be built like the Triumph Spitfire or Herald/Vitesse.
Plus you get to sit on the front wheel while you adjust the valves. http://static.howstuffworks.com/gif/triumph-sports-cars-28.jpg |
The easiest Mercedes V8 could be the 560 SEL.

I seem to recall that the Delorean had a small Buick V8. Did I dream that or am I thinking of some other car?
