Only 11 - 12 at 4000 though..

boost controller set to 13. It's a good bit higher than I'm making use of, but I am still at 7 or 8 after shifting.

Cruising at 70mph on a flat surface around 3100rpm....8-9psi.
Going uphill at 75mph under full load....about 11.5-12psi

Mine will top out at 22psi if I let it. I disconnected my wastegate, but control it via la foot.

I wouldn't go cranking up the boost on an almost 30 year old motor unless you are willing to start breaking stuff.
Set it to factory spec and leave it.
