What mods need to be done to fit the 4speed from a 240 into a 116 300sd???

Came back victoriously from the junkyard. I retrieved the drive shafts, flywheel, pressure plate, clutch, and since I had to drop it anyway, the transmission. I've decided I'll be going with the lighter 240d flywheel to get the theoretical better acceleration, fuel economy, and driveability...so the 300cd will be up for grabs, it's extra heavy somewhere around 25-30 lbs . Same goes for the other transmission and driveshafts that won't be used.

How much do you want for that flywheel?

hey, any chance you could pull the shifter, and console from the CD? I could use an extra one.
