Interrior AC Tube?
 
While repairing my heater I discoverd a foam tube coming from the heater and exiting the car through the "hump". I plan on relacing it with a rubber hose. I guess this is a drain hose? I noticed I hear some diesel and road noise through the hole.

Yes, drain hose for A/C condensation.
