Transmission Over'revs OM603

So I'm along with eveyone else in modifing the W124 OM603 motor to be faster.

I've modified the full-load and idle set screw roughly 1.5turns equally.

I've also competly removed the alda.

My problem:
WHen I'm starting off at WOT for example, first gear goes to 5k, then shifts to 2nd, but almost seems like theres slippage or the 1st into 2nd is delayed for a spare second.

Along follows through up the gears to 4th.

Even when I'm easily going onto the throttle the car seems to have trouble determining when to shift.

Would reinstalling the alda and just reattaching the hose lines correct the over'rev issue do you think?

ANy help much appreciated!

Slippage during the shift itself, or right before?

I don't know much about transmissions, but at WOT you should not be getting any vacuum to the trans, so I might suspect that something is wrong internally. At least, I doubt that it is vacuum related
