1988-190D 2.5 Need Help

Has anyone on here have any experience with the 190D 2.5 from 1988 and maybe other years. This engine has vacuum lines that start on the valve cover and split into 5 vacuum lines that go to each of the intake runners.. This vacuum system is in poor condition and when the engine is started the engine oil starts pushing out the oil dip stick tube. Why is the lower end(crankcase) area being pressureized??? Need help and any will be appreciated..

Does this engine have a big hose leading from the valve cover to the air intake or only the 5 small lines to each manifold runner? Can you fashion a breather to fit in place of the oil filler cap?

Those arent part of the vacuum system at all, and are there to route blowby gases from the valve cover back into the intake (avoiding the air filter). I cant answer your initial question, but I would guess that somehow the oil seperator in the valve cover or one of those black hoses is blocked.
