‘80 300SD… Need Radiator

Trying to locate new, or good used radiator for a 1980 300SD.

Because of the year of your S Class, you would be best off to find a radiator shop in your home town area that will take your old one and recore it or make up another one! That is your "new" least costly alternative, really.

re-coring an old plastic tanked radiator doesnt make sense to me- it seems the highest failure rate on these IS the plastic tanks. I believe there is a company in MN which makes the tanks, though.

Bill- A friend of mine used a 123 radiator in its place since no one apparently makes aftermarket replacements for the 116 SD. Some modifications needed but it works great.
