Diesel discussion display modification

I have a suggestion. The 'Shop should locate a temperature sensor somewhere in the Midwest and connect it to the diesel discussion. When the temperature hits 0 degrees, the Diesel Discussion forum display would automatically put all threads related to block heaters, glow plugs and running diesels all night at the top of the page.

Why base it on ambient temp? We see plenty of non start questions during the warmer seasons also.

It is a good idea though.

There is always a seasonaly shift in thread topics. When the cold months hit there are lots of no start, hard start, and no heat questions. Then in the warm months there is an abundance of AC questions. So automatically there tends already be a lot of seasonality in the threads.

Yeah its funny to see the threads change for the season. In a few months everyone will have broken AC and be overheating.

The other thing you see a lot of in the winter and wet months are the leaking seals, trunks, windsheilds, and the like.
