W115 Rear quarters
Does anyone know if w115 rear quarter panel bottoms are available. Also needing a good looking rear bumper for a 76 240d.
On another note and a different car than one that needs the rear quarters. I have a '70 220d that is badly rusted out but purrs like a kitten, I have been considering welding the doors shut and chopping the top off. Do you think it would be structurally sound, and rate the cool factor 1-10 10 being highest. I'll paint it john deer flat black and torch the springs. |

I'm 25 min from a junkyard that has a 220 in it. Would you like me to see if it has what you're looking for?

I'm in central PA and my mechanic has a 115 with rusty floor pans. But the body panels are good, last I saw. Do you need the whole rear quarter? I didn't think the bottoms were separate. I can go take some pics and ask him about them if you're interested. Shipping might be pricey though.
