Hold on, I need to think about this for a moment.

LOL, I've seen that Corvette yellow on lots of hot rods that looked great. But on a 123 it's just wrong...

Ugly as all Hell, but hardly trashed. I think this thread has strayed from its roots, because to me, a trashed car is a runner, or recently deceased runner that is in obviously neglected cosmetic condition, but may also suffer from mechanical mayhem as well.

Fear not, for I will be submitting photos of the new parts car by the end of the weekend. I will also undoubtedly capture the lead with this beauty. It's a running, driving, registered car that the previous owner has taken great care to ensure it runs well, but it apparently hasn't seen a car wash, trash bag, or a vacuuming in over a decade. It's also wrecked front and back. You guys are going to love it!

You folks have some odd concepts of what is, and isn't trashed. A car with straight panels and a well vacuumed interior just isn't trashed in my eyes. That yellow thing has clearly been violated, insulted, and disgraced, but the owner obviously makes some attempt to care for it because at least a little effort was put in to spraying it yellow, no matter how poorly executed the job was. A trashed car will show little to no signs of attempted upkeep, yet I have not seen a single photo of a diesel car filled halfway to the roof with fast food wrappers, or of one with a rotting half-eaten sandwich wedged in a defroster duct.

I think I just made myself a little ill.

That's pretty tame compared to some of these others! Of course, I'm kinda partial to yellow cars . . .

that's true, cphilip's ride was surely the most damaged. It even shot itself. But it was pretty pristine before it committed sideways on him.

KAdams has had a more extended abuse before he got it. So-by definition what equals trashed? Accidental damage or neglect/abuse? That is the question. And a whole new debate...

I had some trouble taking those. It was so cold out, the camera started sticking. Seems a little warmer today, so I'll try for some more shots.
