Bumpers and cladding are done. Now I just need to do the grill and mirrors.

I just got back from Fred Meyer's where I parked next to another SD that somebody had blacked the bumpers and cladding out on and got this note on the back of a reciept for some Mercedes parts.

Someone's pen ran out of ink, and they shop at Cost Less Auto Parts in Vancouver.

Niiiiccce.

Probably a given, but are you gonna black out the surrounds in the Euro lamps, too?

...And I'm not being negative, but boy could those wheel wells use some detailing. It says something when the only thing holding a car back are wheel wells. Seriously. It's a compliment in my book.

Double edit: (I hate it when I quote myself instead of editing a post!) Those pesky door handles could be a bit more black, too. Keep up the good work!

You need to drop the front an inch or so, it would improve the looks so much.

Looks pretty pimp now though.

Yeah, maybe I'll lower it when I re-build the front end.

What do you think, smoked tail lights too much?

Smoked:

smoked looks just like its dirty. You need to atleast repaint the body strip underneath the headlights because it looks really horrible. The bumper paint looks good though

I'm think stock looks a bit better too. I really do need to paint the under-light strip. They look like the surface of the moon.

Looks great! Keep it up. I prefer the smoked look, though it does look kind of dirty as stated.
