Neither, it just tells you where the problem is.

If all else fails, you can remove the door skins, disconnect the wires to the window motors, and use your jumper wires to raise the windows. Your CD player plug may not have sufficiently heavy wires to handle the load of the window motors. Anyway, one wire to the center of the lighter socket, the other to any bare metal on the frame of the car.

OK, then she could have a short of one of those power wires to ground in the B-pillar wiring, still my first choice.

If you are careful, you can lift the switches directly out of the console with a small screwdriver.

Should I start with the switches first or the Wiring?

Ok, 1 is the front driver and 2 is the front passenger, 3 is the rear driver and 4 is the rear passenger switch.

Which do I disconnect first and which second if the first one doesn`t nail down the circuit?
Ok guys,
I opened up the the console and tested Number 3 by disconnecting it and the fuse immediately blew. I then disconnected Number 2, Front Passenger and found that the fuse stayed intact and I was able to roll up the Number 3, Rear Driver side window. Does this mean there is a short or is it simply a bad switch? Number 2 Window is still down and I need to get it up and figure whats causing the malfunction.

So whats next fellas? This is kinda fun.

Next, swap the front and rear switches. See if the rear window will still work if you put the front switch in its place. that will tell you if the switches are both good or one is bad. (I'm betting the switches are good but you need to check.)

If the switches are good, the problem is in the wiring between the switch and the right front door (or in the door). Try opening the right front door and see if the window will now go up with the door open or if the fuse blows again.

Ok,
I disconnected 2(left it disconnected) and 4 and put 2 on number 4 and the fuse blew. Does this mean the switch is bad?

Let me add that the fuse blew without pressing the window button. It blew as soon as I put number 2 on the number 4.

After a little bit of thought (I ran out of fuses. Have to get some more tomorrow) wouldn`t it seem that the Wiring for Number 2 is the culprit as It blew the fuse when I put it to both front and rear switches.

So if I am thinking correctly, it is a wiring problem/issue with the wiring of the Front Passenger. Does this sound correct.

I will pick up some more fuses and repeat all of my steps again just to be sure.

I`d like to hear your guys thoughts as well. So far ALL OF YOU have been AWESOME@!

Yes, it sounds like the switch is bad. Try putting one of the other switches in #2 and see if you can roll up the #2 window.

Nice pictures, thanks for sharing.

Jeremy

Edit: Oops, our messages crossed. If the fuse blows regardless of which switch is in position #2, then the wiring is bad.
