ohhhhh. I read the manual for the seat memory so I could get that setup.

time to research the headunit and start running wires for the thump

found out you cant open the hood when you lock the doors. Neat

Be careful about shutting the trunk or hood with the doors locked......like if you have the hood ajar because you are going to check something, lock the doors.....then later realize your hood is ajar.

UNLOCK the car before you raise the hood to close it. Or else.....the ALARM will go off.

I think the same thing happens if you have the trunk OPEN and lock the car, then close the trunk.

Don't even ask me how I know......

Oh, Joe, by the way, WELCOME to the SDL club. I doubt you will go back.

Very nice. Let me know if you don't want those clear corners. I want to try some smoked clears on my SD.

Pretty sharp car! That blue is so dark it looks almost black.....I never visualized it that dark. Cool looking though. Love the interior!!!

My car maintains a real small lead in miles....I'm at 277,598!

I agree on the memory seats, our 300E has those and its fun. It has the motorized steering column too....oooo...ahhhh....

I am thinking I might have to get an SDL as my next car.....I'm ready to put up with the 603.

Amber or clear, depends on the color of the paint. On my black car, I have the OE clear front and rear, on my daughter's dark green car, I backdated the front and rear to have the earlier amber signals, seems to fit better. Red also looks good with amber, ... but sometimes the clear corners in the front tend to widen the front visually as they extend the headlamps.

A matter of taste, nice to be able to swap and look.

Nice car Hattie/Don.

Nice, can't wait to see it at the GTG. Im not a big fan of the clear corners though, they don't blend with the car.
