thanks "Compress ignite" for your detailed explanation, I have done everything you explained above but overload protection valve remains closed when the pressure it `s more than 1.2 bar or disconnecting the cable from the pressure sensor and connecting it to the ground. What I have done is remove overload protection elctrovalve and leave all other vacuum tubes connected. I adjust the ALDA almost 1 turn in the clockwise direction, a little beat I adjust the transmission cable and I adjust the injection pump delaying a few degrees. The transmission works much better then before, and the car has better acceleration but higher consumption. My question is "Why the overload valve don` t stay open when I Connect the sensor cable to the ground? "Maybe there are some temperature sensor or opening and closing of the accelerate pedal working together with the sensor ...? with overload protection valve connected everything back as it was before, slow acceleration and the shock with a swift transmission between second-third. My other question is: Can something bad happen without overload protection? It's easy to see the difference, "Whith or Whithout overload protection" only you must quit the valve and make direct conection of vacum tube whith a "Y" tube adaptador and go:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N79v5XH5s_I&feature=related

Bizarre,

Look at the wiring diagram in Reply #14.

One wire (From the OPV valve) [Positive] goes to fuse #7 ...It has 12 volts Positive whenever the key is in
"Start" or "Run"

The other wire goes to the Pressure Sensor (S-66),
which provides Ground (Negative) when the Boost
exceeds 1.2 Bar.

Since you've (Maybe) eliminated the OPV valve and
the Pressure Sensor as being BAD by replacing them...


EDIT:The OVP relay (K12/1) is "PiggyBacked" off the Terminal (Negative)
on S66.So if the fuse in the top of the OVP /Or the OVP itself is bad you
could get an alternate ground source for Y30.

Thanks man for your advice. I so the diagram and you are right, but in the shocket of the overload valve exist one wire who come from the fuse and in the other pin TWO wires: one come from the presion sensor and the other- ???? I don`t now. I verified the presion sensor and it`s allright. The problem is I like my car now without overload protection and my only question is: It,s posible to broke the engine or the transmision without thedam valve?

Sí, es posible a "Overfuel" el motor cuando la OBPV/S es incapacitada.

El guión:

[por el motivo que sea] Subidas Turbocargadas de Empujo sobre especificaciones de MB (Barra de 1.2) como el
"Empujo" continúa subir el ALDA continúa permitir abastecer de combustible cada vez más [que produce cada vez
más RPM, que produce Aumenta cada vez más]. [un "Fugitivo" técnico] TERMINA resultado no es más motor.

Cuando alguien más indicó más temprano, este guión no es todo que frecuenta.

(PERO, yo no tengo la menor idea lo que la probabilidad es de "Overfueling" Y los Ingenieros @ Mercedes
"Diseñó En" el sistema OBPS/V al remedio lo que ellos vieron como un PELIGRO).

El problema con la Solenoide/Válvula de la Protección de Overboost es que la señal de "Empujo" es tomada directamente de la Toma Múltiple, Que tiende a "Atascar" : 1. La
Solenoide/Válvula de la Protección de Overboost 2. La Presión forra (plástico líneas duras y componentes de conexión de caucho) 3. El Sensor (S-66 de Presión en el esquema)

Así que primera cosa es de asegurarse TODOS los componentes son claro y limpio.

Segunda cosa es marca segura la S-66 "Motivo" el solo alambre que va a OBES/V @ acerca de 1,2 Barra. ¿(Yo
wanna sabe cómo usted hace eso)?

La cosa tercera es cheque que la OBES/V "Descargar" la presión (por la tapa pequeña en la cima) SOLO cuando tiene "Suelo" de la S-66. La OBPS/V permite Normalmente Presión para fluir de
#138 (Toma múltiple) a #103 (El ALDA) ...When un circuito Eléctrico completo es formado por S-66 base el alambre de Y que 30...Y30 DESCARGAR la Presión a la Atmósfera.



Yes, it's possible to "Overfuel" the engine when the OBPV/S is disabled.

Scenario:

[For whatever reason] Turbocharger Boost rises over MB specifications
(1.2 Bar) as the "Boost" continues to rise the ALDA continues to allow
more and more fuel [which produces more and more RPM,which produces
more and more Boost]. [A technical "RunAway"]
END result is no more engine.

As somebody else stated earlier,this scenario is not all that frequent.

(BUT, I have no idea what the likelihood is of "Overfueling"
AND the Engineers @ Mercedes "Designed In" the OBPS/V system to remedy
what they saw as a DANGER.)

The problem with the Overboost Protection Solenoid/Valve is that the "Boost"
signal is taken directly from the Intake Manifold ,Which tends to "Clog Up":
1.The Overboost Protection Solenoid/Valve
2.The Pressure lines (plastic hard lines and rubber connection components)
3.The Pressure Sensor (S-66 in the diagram)

So 1st thing is to make sure ALL the components are clear and clean.

2nd thing is make sure the S-66 "Grounds" the single wire going to OPS/V
@ about 1.2 Bar. (I wanna know how you're doing that?)

3rd thing is check that the OPS/V "Vents" the pressure (through the little
cap on top) ONLY when it has "Ground" from S-66.
The OBPS/V Normally allows Pressure to flow from #138 (Intake manifold) to
#103 (The ALDA)...When a complete Electrical circuit is formed by S-66
grounding the wire from Y 30...Y30 VENTS the Pressure to the Atmosphere.

Track Down (Trace) where the OTHER wire On the Negative Terminal of the
OBPS/V Y30 goes to (Terminates).You may in fact have some other element
providing a Ground to the Y30 and Y30 may be Good.

Segunda fuente posible de Suelo (Possible 2nd Ground source)

En el Esquema para el 90-91 circuito hay K12/1 el OVP (Relevo de Protección de Overvoltage) [ha situado detrás de la
Batería detrás de una Cortina Plástica Negra] exposiciones son como "PiggyBacked" de la conexión de Negativo/Suelo
de S66.[So que podría ser OTRA la fuente de SUELO. ..]

K12/1 es notorio para Soplar el 10 fusible de amperio es en ello primero. K12/1 es también famoso para "Yendo Malo" enroscar justo con usted. (Tan incluso si el fusible era bueno que el relevo pueda ser malo)

Las más nuevas versiones del relevo de OVP tienen dos 10 fusibles de amperio en la cima.



In the Diagram for the 90-91 circuit there is K12/1 the OVP (Overvoltage
Protection Relay) [it's located behind the Battery in back of a Black Plastic
Curtain] shows as being "PiggyBacked" off the Negative/Ground connection
of S66.[So it COULD be OTHER the GROUND source...]

K12/1 is notorious for Blowing the 10 Amp fuse in it's top.
k12/1 is also famous for "Going Bad" just to screw with you.
(So even if the fuse is good the relay may be bad)

The newer versions of the OVP relay have two 10 Amp fuses in the top.

its cool now, fixed the problem.. just changed the "ground" cable between the overpressure sensor and the valve, works perfectly, thanks for every reply very helpfull... specially thanks to compress ignite for the great diagrams

I HAVE THE SOLUTION! The pressure and temperature sensor is not guilty. The problem is the switch integrated in the mechanism of acceleration. No need to change any cables only have to clean and align the switch to connect when you move the acceleration cable. The mechanism has a two switch, one for overload protection and the other for AC clima. You must adjust to the overload switch to do "click" when you move the accelerator mechanism. It,s very easy only you need a key 7 and 5 minutes to do the job. When the job is finished you must listen a click of overload valve (the key in contact position) when you move the accel. mechanism. Thanks for your help and colaboration -PROBLEMA SOLUCIONADO
