Been searching and have discovered the following manual trannys will bolt to an OM603
Any 5 speed from a W201 190D or E
Any 300E manual tranny - probably impossible to find though. Any others? - i assume an adapter plate would allow a lot more, but am curious about direct bolt up.

There's a manual 300E for sale in the cars section. Would be a shame to remove it just for that though.
