Congratulations! Wish I could say the same for mine. Too many other projects... but I hope to have it running this week. Don't know that it will run any better, but it should be a **lot** quieter--and about 10 pounds lighter, with the amount of debris removed from the intake and head.

Congrats - I know how you are feeling about now. Just did my 602 over the Summer and after a few weeks of troubleshooting all is well (knock on wood).

I had to take my intake/exhaust manifold to the carwash and get a cleaning. Make sure that you raise the rear end of the car prior to starting. It helps the fuel pump prime the lines. Replace primary and secondary fuel filters.Turn the engine by hand - clock wise to make sure that there is no binding or collision in and out the combustion chamber. Crank 10 sec @ a time. If you placed all parts back in the right place, it should start. You couldn't describe the feeling when it does unless you've done this before.. it's was my first time. THANK YOU ALL!
