Wanted: 300SD door lock vacuum hose diagram

The driver's side rear door lock doesn't work by vacuum on my car, and after pulling off the panel it doesn't seem to be a problem with the vacuum unit itself or linkages. I've traced the hose (it is yellow) through the door pillar and down to the floor where it disappears going forward under the driver's seat. It appears to then go into the console area.

I need to know where it goes from there. I am guessing it has been damaged somewhere and then plugged off, because the rest of the locks work fine and I'm not losing vacuum anywhere. Is there a diagram online that I can view? I searched the forums and didn't find much info.

Thanks Sam, that helps a little. I found the hose under the shifter console. It is a yellow one. Someone has been messing around quite a bit under the console in the past, so that is likely where the trouble is. Any idea where the supply pump assembly is located? (or where the junction is for the rear door hoses?)

The pump is in the trunk, beside the spare tire.

Your set-up sounds very strange. I've been scratching my head trying to figure out why you would have a vacuum line running to the center console from the door lock system. Maybe they tried to convert the W126 door lock system to a W123 system by tying in to the engine vacuum. Who knows? Good luck, I hate trying to sort out homemade fixes.

Look at # 13 on this post.
Door locks 1982 300SD W126
The line for the rear door on the drivers side comes out of the center post and turns under the drivers seat then passes over to the passanger side and then turns towards the front in a channel under the carpet on the front passanger side floor.

Thanks for the reply Phil, that's exactly what I needed to know.
