I will be doing my injectors next month BGkast, I have already set aside and made plans to send all 4 of them straight to you. I will need them rebuilt with monark nozzles, and pop tested. You can PM me a price. But I am definatly up for supporting a fellow forum member. I also know they will be done right.

I have an 83 240D, just for info

Nice - when I read the title of the thread, I was thinking "I better get on there and tell this dude to contact BGKast..."

Alas, too late. But glad that I am.

Well done, BG.

The cost is $32/injector including a new heat shield, plus $10 insured return shipping for the set and $15/injector core fee for those that want to do a core exchange.

Yes, they use the same nozzle, but a different pop pressure...and you need one more for the 300D. The cost is $10/injector if you provide your own nozzles.

well - I am starting the assembly process this week - I've resorted to plugging the bad GP hole - I beat that dead horse for so long it's hopeless - so 5 of 6 will have to be good enough.

I'll let you know how that old 606 purrs as soon as I get it all going again.

I'm going to run it for a while with the intake off so I can check all the new hoses, fuel pump, delivery valves, etc for leaks.

For those of you with 61X engines, it may be a few weeks until I can do your injectors. My supplier is sold out of 261s. I can still do 60X injectors, or 61X injectors with 265 nozzles.
