Ignition broke, replaced it doesn't return from start properly.

Turn the key all the way over, spring turns it back, but not quite all the way. You have to turn it a hair to the left where it clicks into place and the climate control to come back on. Any suggested fixes?

The spring action is from the steering column lock, try removing the tumbler and grease the steering column lock. It's possible the tumbler was binding during your reinstall the last time. It took me a few tries to get it right when I had problems with mine a month or so ago.

While you are doing that, check the fitment of the shut off switch. It could be on too tight causing the cam to bind up although that usually prevents you from turning the key over to 'start'
