Auto to manual climate control almost done but a slight problem

I have wired in the manual climate control with little or no hitches until now. I have wired it in to the poit where the heat works and now Im trying to get the AC to work. I have wired in the switchover valve, the relays, temperature dial and now im trying to wire in the remaining componets of the AC reciever dryer switch and low pressure switch. After looking at the wiring diagrams for my car 77 300D and the donor car,a 82 240D I see the differnces between the 2. However there is a lack of information on the 82 240D wiring diagram.

I am at the point to wire in the high pressure switch(called a low pressure cut out switch on wiring diagram) at the reciever drier. one of the wires going to it is a blue wire and the other that went to it got removed when the autotemp II harness was removed. The green blue red wire that went there came from the anti icing switch to the pressure switch. On the 82 240D wiring diagram theres only 1 wire, blue/white that comes from the ac relay to the low pressure cut switch then to the compressor clutch which is wired in.

nvm figured it out and the wiring diagrams arent always 100% complete had to look else where for the answer

the picture clearly shows 2 wires to it

AC Clutch circuit

Most of the pressure switches...(high and low) are just normally closed when pressures are correct....
I believe the compressor clutch winding is grounded at one end and operates when B+ gets to it through the several stage switch/relay/pressure switch leg....

Just wire that switch in series to the compressor clutch in series with the other switch...single wire passing through both switches.....

I am converting my 1978 300D servo style to full manual also...a little at a time....

I figured it out by looking at the disc a little deeper and pulled up the document 83-508 ( control of air condition system). Found it on page 12 which tell about the supplementary wiring harness for the ac system.

when you do converison make sure you pull up the wiring diagram thats in the ETM and document 83 508. the wiring diagram alone doesnt tell you all needed to know.

the article in DIY section is somewhat imcomplete and should be edited to be more complete.
