Star Trek Group-Favorite Episode

What is your favorite episode? Any series. Tie it into your Mercedes if you can. :)

The Next Generation-The Offspring
The episode where Data creates a daughter. So many great lines and philosophical questions.

My tie in is this-I knew it was going to be on one day and I was really excited to see it after I got out of class that day (I even intended to sneak out 5 minutes early to ensure that I wouldn't miss it) I get to the car, turn the key and......click. Low and behold I did the one thing I swore I would never do to leave myself stranded...I had left my lights on:rolleyes: It was the first and only time I ever did it. Also turned out to be the first time that I called on Mercedes Roadside...they where there in 20 minutes...but I still missed my episode...

Timeless, Voy

Year of Hell, Voy

Yesterdays Enterprise, TNG, with the Enterprise C...

Those are the ones I can think of... I love the series finales of TNG DS9, and VOy as well.

I'm watching the TNG episode on the Sci Fi network where they killed off Tasha Yar. Its such a What the...? moment. That's it?:D

you do know you can post discussions within the social group... yes?

TylerH860 03-09-2009 09:43 PM

This probably gets alot more visibility, but that's a good idea. ;)

Sure, but unless the Enterprise or whatever they call the ship in the next generation is diesel powered, it is not really diesel discussion, is it?

I unsubscribed, carry on without me. I never thought NG was Star Trek anyway. No Captain Kirk, no Star Trek.:P

LUVMBDiesels 03-09-2009 09:48 PM

I gotta be old school...

"The Trouble with Tribbles"
"The City on the Edge of Forever"
"Mirror Mirror"
"The Doomsday Machine"
"Amok Time"
and "The Devil in the Dark"
Oh and "I, Mudd"Let's see, how do I relate these to my MB?

If I don't drive my 300 SDL for seven days I go through Pon Far...

I have found "tribble nests" in my 300SD...

W126's are as tough as the doomsday device...

Spock's jury rigged computer in the 1930's reminds me of the mess behind the dashboard...
Oh, and yeah -- Joan Collins was H O T!

I have a Tantalus Device to get rid of traffic...

And "Dammit Jim, I'm a doctor, not a Diesel Mechanic"

"I Mudd" still gives me nightmares thinking about android 500 copies of MY ex-wife nagging me for eternity!

What was never explained in the show is that dilithium crystals are actually 900 billion gallons of diesel fuel that has been packed into one convenient crystal structure. I forget about the specifics but it was similar to the Dr. Who Tardis being bigger on the inside then the outside or something like that

Obviously a man who never paid correct attention to Captain Jean-Luc Picard, the greatest captain of the whole series. Heck, even Janeway gave Kirk a run for his money. [except in the over-acting department]

"And what of Lazarus?".........

"And what of Lazarus?".........

On Next Gen, give me any episode with Q
