i didn't think of that, i just got my 190E's engine repaired because the back pressure burnt the valves. but that car felt very sluggish, the SDL drives fine

Worth a try. Disconnect the fuel supply and return lines and put them in a bottle with the Diesel Purge in it, then run the engine until the Diesel Purge is almost all gone. You can run the car on the highway if you are careful not to run the bottle dry, or let the car idle in the driveway. The fuel coming back into the bottle will be dark as crud is cleaned out of the fuel systemk; the darker the return fuel, the more crud is being cleaned out.
