It will fit.

107, 114, 115, 116, 123 and 126 should interchange up to 9/85 with maybe a yoke swap and of course need to possibly correct the speedo.

I'll even throw in the intrument cluster for $50 if you buy the diff. Dave's bargain 300TD parts....

$250 is a pretty high price, especially for a diff with 245k miles and a cluster with the plastic cover broken off.

I know that, you know that, but that mileage is very close to
my coupe, and I would love to have those gears...........................:o

Truthfully, I don't think it's that high. Considering it is a rare one year wonder. Not that many 2.88s are around. I would of paid that much if I was in the market for one and knew it was a good quiet diff.

Now a 3.07 on the other hand...

It is rare, the market changes, we are in a recession, if you knew what I paid for the car, I did the work of pulling it out, people have helped me out on the forum, etc....
Time for the stuff to go, but I'm not going any lower as these "don't take up much room to store". :)

Just weighed it and figured out some FedEx ground quotes. Toms River NJ is $25, Houston Texas is $45. Cheap.

The W126 and W123 are a direct swap for a diff right? (1983 W126)

How high did you have it shilled?;) I doubt that 2 feedback was a real bidder, and you would actually sell it for 10 bucks.

Should go for more than $10, getting to the point where I want it gone. Engine and tranny need to go also!
