PS Flush/filter

Hi guys,

I know this has been debated often but all the discussions are about OM616/617 engines...

For a OM601 Engine (w124 200D 1985) what fluid should I use?
ATF type 3 of PS fluid?

Both are hydraulic oils and will work fine.

I use Dex III in my 99's PS pump when needed.

But some say Dex III will cause the box to leak...
