Is this a sway bay link?

The car is a '74 240D, w115 chassis.
I was getting this terrible grinding noise when I'd go around turns. So I took the rear wheel off and found this thing disconnected. I have the FSM in electronic form and didn't see any mention of this, but it looks like a sway bar link, judging from the pictures on fastlane.

It looks easy to install a new one, just want to make sure to buy the right part Thanks

My camera refused to focus on the foreground, so you'll have to use your imagination on those last two pics. But I tried to show where it was disconnected from on the back of the wheel area.

Excellent. And the NAPA website says they carry them, so hopefully I can pick up or they can get one kinda quick.
Thanks.
