Dash Lights Out - Need Help!
 
This week I had the instrument cluster out several times. Now I found the instrument lights don't work. Everything else in car lights up. I have the rheostat jumped. If I remember correctly, those other lights wouldn't work if rheostat wasn't jumped. Everything is plugged in. Any ideas?

1984 MB 300SD Turbo
The one time this happened to me the 14-pt round plug of the cluster was not fully plugged in. I had the cluster in and out a few times too.

Make sure that both bulbs are good.

you can also take a pocket knife and spread the pins a little so they fit tighter in the plug,
