How much to do piston/rings on a W123 3.0L Turbo diesel?

I found a car in good condition with bad compression on one cylinder and wonder what the ballpark is to tear it down and rebuild it?

Trying to determine if its worth the save. Not sure I have the skills or tools to do it myself but if you have some insight into the job itself, I would be interested to know what it takes.
