well i took the door panel off and this is where the clicking is coming from, the motor has zero power going to it, this box just clicks when i touch the window switch

it has connection that go to the seat adjuster, the window, and other stuff. Not sure what it is? I looked up the part number online and it just says its a control unit.

It is possible that the relay has quit working........but double check the condition of the window linkage before you burn up another one. Make sure the linkage is not bent, broke or jammed. The driver side door takes the most pounding.

A problem binding up the Window Motor could also cause the Relay to click.

I have not done this on Mercedes but for test purposes I have pulled the electrical connector from the motor and bypassed the window relay with jumper wires directly to the window motor itself on a Chevy. This was to see if the motor was working.

If each window has the same Relay you could swap a good one for the suspected one and see if the Window Works. This might tell you if it is a bad Relay.

It is also a good Idea to make sure everthing is grounded well and also check the fuses to see if the Tips of the fuses (if you have the ceramic type fuses) are burned or eroded (this happend to me but I had 2 windows diagonally from each other stop working; your newer model may be wired diffrently).
