Daimler-Chrysler at it's best...
I winder how that heavy thing gets 31mpg witht he tires it is spinning -- more likely 13mpg I think  The transfer case in the old Dodge is s New Process 203. It can work with just about any transmission...

Since the safe top speed of a truck like that is about 55-60mph....I bet 25-30mpg could be possible.

I doubt a vehicle with that much aerodynamic drag could achieve 31mpg......
From the general condition of the car I doubt any of the instrumentation works.
