adjusting trunk latch
 

When I close the trunk it is up about 1/2 inch or so. Latches good, but leaves a gap in the back that lets water in the trunk.
first I thought this was bent, but after looking at it, I think the lock needs to be lower, or it has the wrong catch or something.
Where do I start with this?
